StaffPaySupport.com provides comprehensive payroll processing, employee record management, and compliance support for businesses and organizations.
2. Service Categories
2.1 Payroll Services
Our payroll services include salary calculation, statutory filings, and payslip distribution. Clients may request a refund or reschedule as detailed below.
2.2 Infoproducts
Digital resources such as guides, templates, and training materials are delivered electronically upon purchase.
2.3 Physical Goods
Printed guides and office supplies related to payroll and hr management are available for purchase and shipped to the delivery address provided.
3. Extended Refund Details
3.1 Payroll Services
Clients are eligible for a full refund if the service is canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled date. After this window, fees are non-refundable due to staff allocation. However, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge if requested at least 48 hours prior via contact us.
3.2 Infoproducts
Infoproduct purchases may be refunded within 14 days if the content has not been fully accessed. To request a refund, please contact us. Approved refunds will be processed within five business days via the original payment method.
3.3 Physical Goods
Unused goods may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within seven business days to the original payment source. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Reschedule Policy
To reschedule any service session, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time via contact us. Requests submitted outside this period may be declined or incur additional fees.
